This year didn't start out well for me. I have been recovering from sacoriliac joint dysfunction & piriformis syndrome since right after Christmas. I wasn't able to leave my apartment from early January to mid July because I wasn't able to get down my stairs. But, God bless my wonderful chiropractor for coming to my home 3 times a week since the end of March and working with me, I am finally able to get around! I will be returning to work in a few weeks and getting back to my life

I decided to cut off my butt-length hair a couple weeks ago (my first time out of the house) and got a super short cut. I LOVE IT!!!
We all face things in our lives that are difficult but, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. I know many feel that way about weight loss...but...you CAN do it!! You are worth it!!
I hope I can motivate all of you and anyone thinking about doing Atkins. It really does work and it will be the best decision YOU'VE ever made for YOU!!!

on the more than 9 years!.. But more important, on working thru these last months (oh gosh I am so sorry) working on getting your health better, so you are not apt bound... Oh so happy you had a wonderful Chiropractor to come to your house! I tell you that is awesome. Your hair cut is wonderful and you look great and pretty!
My body was swelling all over, and I was gaining weight. Plus I had never counted calories before and it was all just a nightmare.
