10 Days In The Life Boat #62

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry.
  • My goal is small but doable. Drink 64 oz of liquid minimum each day to keep my insides wet and my outsides in the boat.
  • I'm going to try again to get 300 minutes of exercise in this segment. And of course to keep eating OP.

    Did 30 minutes today.
  • I am not in the water!
  • YAY Judy!

I'm OP too, and got 30 minutes of walking in this evening. That makes 60 so far.

Looks like we might be alone in the boat, Judy.
  • Angela: It's Summer. Lots of folks probably out rowing their own boats.

I got in my fluids again. Yay - Dry!
  • WTG Judy.

Had a fine day, got 40 minutes of exercise in. (100 total) WI was another week of no change, though...

    Have a great Thursday.
  • Sip, sip, sip. Dry!
  • WTG again!

Doing okay here. Got 60 minutes of exercise today--half walking, half tai chi.
  • Fluids have been good so I'm sticking to my 10 day goal. Baby steps!
  • Good job, Judy.

I've been eating kind of haphazardly the last two days, but turns out I'm still OP--just got caught up with tracking. Exercise the last two days has been helping DH pack up his apartment in another town. I may be MIA again tomorrow but will try to check in.

    Keep up the good work!
  • Fluid intake was OP yesterday. Can't say the same about dinner but since fluids are this legs goal I'm in the boat.

Angela, let DH lift the heavy stuff.
  • STOP!

    OARS DOWN.

Stretch a bit then jump back in the boat for leg #63.
    See you there!
