Hoarding points

  • Hi all!! So i have come to my first "dilemma" of weight watchers. If its a need to suck it up situation please feel free to just tell me. LOL Sometimes a little tough love is needed. I am addicted to Mt.Dew and here in lies my problem. Is it a bad thing if I keep some extra points so I can have one everyday?
  • That's what the weekly points are for! Enjoy!
  • The beauty of WW is you can choose what to eat (or drink in your case) so you don't have to feel deprived. Realize your daily point ration will get lower as you progress, so you may find that you are ready to give up some empty calories in favor of more filling foods later down the road. Because you have control over your food choices is, I think, one of the aspects of this program that makes it work. Later if you decide to cut down on MD you will know that you can always fit it in as a treat whenever you need to. And eventually, the more whole healthy foods you eat, you may find the less you will be able to tolerate sugary foods and drinks. Or not. Again, YOU are in control so you will learn how your body works and how to makr the best choices for your success.
