    Actually moved back... so glad. Any IP'ers and Alternativers??? woot woot

    I joined the Fall challenge.. so excited. Best and Last diet ever!

    I am in Colorado! Love it here sooo much! no earthquakes, no tornadoes (where I am at, at least) and nice cool summers. I started with a clinic but then switched to alternatives.

    I had to giggle when I read this! I too am a Colorado girl (born and raised!) However, I live in the southeast corner on the plains and cool summers are not the norm on our end. 110+ degrees is not uncommon! We have had a cool week this last week around 85!

    I am up in Gunnison. Would love to say I am a native but while my parents and oldest brother were born here, my other brother and myself were born while my father was active and stationed on a coast because that seems to be where the Navy bases are

    Hey me too! I'm starting IP tomorrow morning. I did oct-dec 2012 and lost about 30 lbs, had to stop because it is SO EXPENSIVE!! Anyone else in the Springs?
