In need of some encouragement

  • So for the past two weeks or so I've not been on plan.
    I just can't the motivation to get on plan and stay on it. It took me 6 months to lose 3 stone and I was so proud of myself, but since then I've just been awful with my food choices. I feel bad after I've eaten it, but I don't seem to be learning from my mistakes.
    I'm annoying myself that I can't find the motivation to get back on track.
    Feeling down.
    Any words of advise guys? You always know what to say

  • I am not sure I know what to say except keep trying! I have been on this journey for four years and I know my health is worth it and so is yours! Nourish your body with good healthy food and keep working on your goal. You are doing well!!
  • You should join us in the 250's-260's thread...we're motivating each other to get to the seemingly magical 240's right now. Just keep trying - you got this!
