Just got back on the program after a two week vacation. I was wondering how many egg whites per day is too much? I use them to cook with only like as in making the Potato Puree Fluffy Rolls or IP Muffins with the puddings. I use 2 large eggs worth, from egg beaters egg whites, to make each of these dishes.
So if were to eat both of these dishes in a day, I would consume 4 large eggs worth of egg whites. Do I need to count this toward the days worth of lean protein? Or can I go ahead and still eat 8 oz worth of Chicken/Meat/Fish/Turkey etc?



You can have two egg whites / day (in addition to your B, L, D, S).
