ip blogs

  • Does anyone else have a blog to keep track of their progress and food? I'm having fun keeping mine up, plus I get awesome dinner ideas from other blogs that I follow. It's also a good way to get out frustrations/joys that you might forget by the time you see your coach again.

    My blog is here: http://idealproteinbrooke.tumblr.com/

  • This is inspiring! I am going to follow your lead on some of those food productions! They look yummy!

    Great work!
  • Floridasunshine: Your food looks delicious. I am staring at food heaven! Keep up the good work.

  • Oh M GEE!!! your turnip fries look so amazing, how do you get them so deliciously golden and crispy ???

Your blog is amazing, Only thing I could think to add is the recipes for all that yummy looking food you have pictures of
  • awww.. thanks ladies! i use it primarily as a brain dump, because no one else really wants to hear me ramble on about IP! I've been googling other blogs, but can't seem to find that many. that's why i asked if any of you had one too!
  • I have a food blog, started back with it doing IP recipes in January but stopped in March as life got busy, 4 kids will do that to you! lol

But you can check out what is there

Thank you!!! I know you didn't mean anything by it, but your comment about "thus far" made me giggle. You are right, but it makes me even more determined to stay on this path, because that's what I would say in the past "thus far I'm doing okay, but who knows what next week might bring". Now I just say bring it on! I'm getting through whatever challenge is thrown in my way! Thank you for reminding me!

Love you blog and it's very cathartic to write about your journey and photograph it. I know you didn't ask, but can I give you a suggestion? You're pics are really really large and it takes a lot of time to download, plus it's hard on the readers eyes, especially if they are looking at it from their phone. Just my two cents. Plus it pulls a lot of bandwidth. Keep up the great work. You're doing great!
  • I know this off topic but your pic just reminded me of it on your blog...the Sparkling Ice is soooooo good!!!

Oh good! I definitely didn't mean anything by it.

I know your "biker chick" is riding all the way to goal
  • floridasunshine: Love your blog: I know what you mean about the brain dump being needed and people who can eat regular food (in other words everyone I know in real life except me!) don't get it or aren't interested in the endless list of delicious ways to prepare califlower

thank for the tip about sparkiling ice: I buy these for my son but have been afraid to drink them myself - I will try some as a summer treat.

Amberjules: I love your blogs too! Your new picture is amazing! You look great! I find myself thinking of "my inner skinny chick" when I am struggling and have you to thank for this!
  • I love the sparkling Ice but anything with any carbonation makes me bloat if I drink them too many days in a row... frustrating! lol
