It Definitely was INTENSE, but Awesome that it was over so quickly. I kept looking at the timer for the first 10 minutes, talking myself into it...It's only 19 more min, only 14 more min...) After the first 10 minutes, the rest went SO Fast that I did not realize until he said only 1 more min to go.
I really like how you do not stay on any one exercise for too long, i get bored quickly. lol
I am doing it and am on my third day today! maybe I should move my posts to this forum instead!
its pretty tough but its great that Tanya does modified versions of the workouts on the side for when you are tired ^^
