Can You Do The Firm Everyday

  • "The Firm" exercise videos seem like such great workouts.


    They burn fat while building muscle. However, I was wondering if it is okay to do them everyday.
  • You should not do it every day. Do something different on alternate days to allow muscles to heal. That really goes most exercise.
