But I noticed that I don't do number 2 very often anymore--I think once I went like 4 days without going and by that time I did feel a bit uncomfortable. Anyways, I'm finding that I go on average every 3 days whereas before I went everyday or every other day.
Is this normal or does this happen to you? Is it a consequence of me eating less and exercising more? I drink about 7-8 glasses worth of water a day and eat 2-3 servings of fruit along with about 2-3 servings of vegetables so I didn't think I needed much more fiber than that.
