1. Water (my chiropractor said lots of water will help with my sinuses along with 1500 mg of Vitamin C/ just a little tip
)

3. Exercise (done but should do a bit more b/c I took it easy this morning).

GOALS:
1 -- under 1500 calories
2 -- exercise!!! I didn't do it last night, so I'm feeling extremely guilty.

Abs (Did Firm 5 Day Abs)
LBWO (20 minutes machine weights in gym)
96 oz H20 (104oz)
Eat 22-25 points (22 points)
