DBD Wednesday Challenge

  • 1. Water (my chiropractor said lots of water will help with my sinuses along with 1500 mg of Vitamin C/ just a little tip )

    3. Exercise (done but should do a bit more b/c I took it easy this morning).

    GOALS:
    1 -- under 1500 calories
    2 -- exercise!!! I didn't do it last night, so I'm feeling extremely guilty.
  • my main goal today is WATER! and lots of it
  • To fit in at the very least a walk today! Gotta get back in that exercise mode!

    30 Minute Cardio (Did WATP Walk/Kick)
    Abs (Did Firm 5 Day Abs)
    LBWO (20 minutes machine weights in gym)
