My wife and I are going on vacation for my 29th birthday at the end of Oct. We are starting this log to keep ourselves motivated in our new fitness endeavors and hopefully get a bit of support from the community here. We're both starting over in our health and fitness quest as past efforts have been hit and miss. I feel like 4 months should be a good amount of time to see real progress if we work hard and stay focused. If there are any questions for either of us please feel free to ask. I want to start going back to the gym, eating better, and ultimately look better. I'm going to try and get in the gym a few times a week with some lifting and some cardio. My diet will consist of mostly meat, vegetables, some fruit, and a protein shake sometimes. High protein, high fat, semi-low carb approach. I plan on giving updates about how my experience is going a few times a week. I'll try and upload a picture soon so we can have progress pics and before and after pics to compare. If anyone has questions feel free to ask.
