That's not boring. That's a smart, realistic goal. I have set goals for myself as small as not getting a soda at work in the afternoon. Mini goals all add up to big success, right?
Woot! I did it! I had a salad and strawberries then pretty much fell alseep for 10 hours. Hurrah! (What I really wanted was cookies then to sleep for 5 hours but I like the way things worked out.) Thanks you guys, for helping me stay in track. Really. Having to check in about my behavior kept me from mindlessness. Not overeating is always the goal but yesterday was tricky and I overcame. Thank you!
