Folding laundry... So what do ai watch??? An infomercial for "Slim in 6"

The program looks regular, nothing fancy... The part that really makes me laugh (besides the menu - the more you eat, the more you lose!!! With pictures of salads and protein shakes! Hahaha) Anyhow, the part that really makes me laugh is that they keep mentioning "With this excercise, you won't bulk up" hahahaha (did I laugh enough???)

Do average people really don't know how much you need to lift and what kind of diet plan you need to follow in order to "bulk up" (for women, at least)

I would love to get "bulk up" by doing 30 mins of mild excersice and eating salads...

But oh well!!! Back to laundry!!!!

Never seen the infomercial since I live in Spain, but all I can say is Slim in 6 is by far the most boring dvd I´ve ever done in my life. You squat for long and boring 50 minutes ...

The entire industry is build on B.S. and because we want fast and easy we keep spending ...

JohnP: I agreed. I also saw the infomercial for "the tummy tuck" and it is a cream!!!!! Hahaha a cream that will make you look like out of the magazine
