    I am heading to Curves at lunch. I think that is about all I will get in today.

  • Monday---

    30 minutes on the TM this morning.

    On Saturday after the reunion picnic, I walked with my cousin's wife around their neighborhood. We did a 4100 step walk and there were a considerable number of hills. She's in great shape and has done a half marathon. She told me I was in better shape that I thought to be able to do that walk with her and not be gasping for air. That made me feel good. THAT also made me get up this morning and get my butt moving.

  • MONDAY
    Got a late start, lucky to even of gone out, hotter than **** out there

    Took me 1 hour 4 1/2 minutes to do my 4.5 miles.
  • Sunday--I did Power 90 weights and about an hour of bike riding with the family

    Monday--Half hour of Power 90 cardio. I actually yelled at the TV saying I hated the guy instructing. I really don't hate him--I love that he works me hard.
  • Monday...
    I am soooo out of shape. I did walk 33 minutes on the tread mill this morning. Gonna try really hard to walk some during Fame tonight. I really need to get back on a regular routine.

  • I didn't get much in today, but did do some laps in the pool while I was babysitting, but didn't think to count them. Will count tomorrow.

    I am buying a jogging stroller tomorrow. Yippeeee!!!
  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes upper body TBT, (increased tension from 15 to 20, this was hard today.)
  • Tuesday Morning

    Hey congrats everybody! You all are doing great and kicking butt!!! I love that we are all doing something different, but still moving.

    ZANNE---Keep yelling! Perhaps that guy will hear you!

    Today I did 31 minutes on the TM.

    I finished out yesterday with a walk in the evening with Paul and Maddie. That gave me over 11,000 steps for the day.

    Well yesterday I also played tennis and mowed the lawn so no problems with exercise there.

    Today I am heading to Curves at lunch time.


    I am really trying to do something everyday to see if it really helps. It had better pay off in the end that is for sure

    Power 90 weight circuit. Had to do it early cause the inlaws are coming for the day. At least it's out of the way and I didn't make excuses NOT to do it!

    Got in my 4.5 miles, took me 1 hour 3 min 27 seconds - slow
  • Tuesday
    Walked 45 minutes yesterday evening, didn't get to post it until now. Hoping to get in another one this evening.
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes lower body TBT.

    Got in 30 minutes of wt training.
