Hello All,
I've struggled for years with developing a habit of regular exercise. Now I'm in the worst shape of my life and so I want to condition my body to be a bit stronger and less fatty.
So, I'll be taking a morning walk every morning. 5 days doesn't seem like much, but there were only two times in my life when I had an exercise habit, so doing 5 days, then increasing that would be a big deal for me.
I'll edit this post to show my progress.
6/10 - Afternoon walk with a friend - 3 miles
6/11- Afternoon walk - 2 miles
6/12- Hike with boyfriend - 3 miles
6/13-Morning walk - 2 miles
6/14 - walk on treadmill - 3 miles


). The difference it has made is amazing to me. I still don't like it, but the way I feel when I have to skip for several days makes me realize that this is something I'm doing purely for myself. Hope you can get that feeling as well. I'll look forward to your posts!
