Just wondering what people are having for an evening snack besides ideal protein products?

I had asked this question when I was first starting maintenance, it's a very individual thing. I actually don't use any products anymore except for a few bars that I like for after the gym (other than my P1 days if I need them). My evening snack if I have one is usually either greek yogurt with some fruit, or cottage cheese with tomato or cucumber. There are lots of days where I don't really need anything to eat after dinner.
I eat hard boiled egg whites as a snack usually between breakfast and lunch. Sometimes fruit and yogurt after dinner but that's not very often. I never was one for snacking at night.
