Hello everyone! I'm Peter, and I'm new to the site.
I have been wanting to lose 40lbs or so since early this year, but didn't have enough motivation.
But when I got the result of annual physical exam, I was shocked by how unhealthy I have become.
It would be an uphill battle for me, but I hope I will be able to drop the weight, and be an inspiration to my family and friends.

The silver lining, though, is that moments like that are some of the biggest motivators to make healthy decisions about your life!! You Can Do It!!!!!
There are so many different types of eating plans (calorie counting, weight watchers, low-carb, etc) to choose from, and it can be overwhelming. My recommendation would be to find a diet that works well with your lifestyle...if you change it too drastically, it can cause binging/rebelling, and that leads to yo-yo dieting.
