Thats awesome! 40lbs~ is nothing to laugh at! That is some serious progress.
I weigh every day, measure every week and take pictures every month. My official weigh in days are Mondays (that might get changed to Sundays now that I'm lifting). I try to keep it weekly and exactly a month although life gets in the way sometimes.
I took before pictures when I was at 252, but my phone got reset and I lost them

. I did take pictures starting my weight lifting. So at least I have that to go by.
