Which one would be more appropriate for a female with the upper body strength of a cabbage patch doll?
I'd like to buy the one that I'll be able to do, either because it has less challenging upper body exercises or has ones that I can easily modify w/o losing too much of the workout.
I use another beachbody workout that I LOVE - Brazil Butt Lift. I need some variety though...

Or should I build up some upper body strength before purchasing either?
