Thanks everyone! Ive been getting bogged down lately in the day-to-day fluctuations. My counselor made me take a step back and look at the big picture - 25 pounds is awesome!!!

Congrats on your 25 lb loss! I lost 35 on Medifast. I loved reading here & Medifast facebook posts from other Medifasters.

I found drinking over 64 oz of water KEY - plus staying strictly on plan.
I reached my goal - if anyone needs brownies or softbake chocolate chip cookie let me know!
I have 16 brownies & 4 softbake chocolate chip cookies & 1 hot chocolate. 21 meals=3 boxes @ $16.50 ea.
