Crawling back...

  • I'm officially a 30something, now!

    I used to be very active in the 20somethings threads, featherweights, weight lifting... and thennnn I moved to Hawaii!

    I'm still working out intensely with a bootcamp group 3 days a week, and eating a whole foods diet... but things slipped for a while and 15 lbs found me again. UGH!!! Admitting the problem is the first step to recovery, right?

    Here I am. Ready to make that ticker move DOWN again. I've got to move it back up first. *Tear for that*
