Hello All
I have been dieting and exercising very sincerely this month.
Diet Start Date: 4/29/13 Weight: 192.7
On 5/11/13:185.8 (this drop was just with managing my intake and eating healthy)
Exercise Start Date: 5/12/13 (30-40 mins exercise 4 days a week)
My weight from 5/12/13 till today is fluctuating between 187 and 188.
I have heard that it is normal to see some weight gain if you are new to exercise and how sore muscles retain water for some time. But folks it’s been 10 days !! I am feeling very depressed and disheartened now. Does anybody have a similar experience – if yes how long did it take for you to see a major drop on the scale? Greatly appreciate your inputs .
