I am BRAND new to the board, and I am strongly considering starting Ideal Protein. I have observed this work for a very dear friend. However, she was able to purchase the programs supplies. I cannot currently do this. Is there any way for me to do this program without the supplies? I would appreciate ANY help or tips. I want to start ASAP!!! Thank you!!

You can find all the information you need to do the program using alternative products on this board. Search "alternative IP" or similar and you can find websites, etc. to order from. It is possible to order the actual IP products, but if you are unable to buy them from a clinic due to cost, you probably will not like the prices on the internet or ebay. I do it through a clinic and the prices I pay are about the same.

The Ideal Protein program is based on using protein-based meal replacements - you may want to read through this thread to get a feel for some of the more readily available produts that many of us used ("alternative products") instead of the actual Ideal Protein brand:
