Mikahrae Countdown to Summer Journal

  • Hi Y'all

    Want to attempt to be a bit more accountable so Im gonna do the journal thang !

    Goals : 3-5 lbs scale weight plus lots more in bodyfat
    Height : 5"3
    Weight : 120-121
  • Day 1
    30 min cardio ( 20 treadmill and 10 bike)
    M1- isalean vanilla shake
    M2- lemon ******** bar
    M3- chicken breast , lots of veggies asian salad w ff asian dressing
    M4- oats 1/4 c egg whites x5 + 1 yolk + 5 strawberries and 1/4 c almond milk
    M5- cottage cheese whipped with 1T PB
