Hi!

I'm trying to decide between Medifast and Ideal Protein. I plan on posting this on both forums, I hope that's okay! Can anyone give me any input? What makes them different? Which one works best?

As a side note, y'all are so inspiring!

My biggest selling point was the food. I've tasted some of Medifasts food, and prefered Ideal Protein's food better. I also liked that you're using more real food with Ideal Protein than with Medifast. I also really like my coach. So that made it easier to decide. Good luck with whatever you decide to persue. The plans are very similar.

I had a coworker who did the medifast diet. I thought the food smelled absolutely awful. She tasted some of my IP foods and agreed that IP tasted better.
