    Just a lil UPDATE from me I am now 219 yippppee.. from my starting weight on may 4th..I am super happy I pushed real hard this week to meet my goal of being outta the 220's so stoked ..so I thought I would let you all know.. on to my next mini goal 210 here I come !!
