Hi everyone! I am a poor college student who needs to lose a few pounds and get in very good shape by mid-August for my field hockey season I have heard a lot of good things about Insanity, but is it really worth spending almost $150 for it? Or are there other DVD programs that are not as expensive that you find work almost as well?

Youtube has many great full workouts. Have you looked on your local buy/sell website (kijiji, craigslist, ect..)? You can sometimes find Insanity or other beach body programs on there. One of my friends is almost done Insanity and she loves it. She had made great progress.
