Yummy/healthy/lowcal/easy dinner!

  • Ok, I just have to share! I made a cup of steamed broccoli and 1 cup of steamed cauliflower (100 calories), added 1 serving of low fat cottage cheese (90 calories) and 2 tablespoons or so of mild salsa (10 calories). That was my dinner and it was awesome! I feel stuffed from it and that's not like me at all!
  • Oooh--that sounds good!! I love salsa, and the (low-calorie) cheese makes it sound delish!!
