When I started this journey, there was a white pencil skirt in my closet that I loved but could not fit into. It was new and still had the tags, I had bought it months ago with the hopes of someday being able to wear it.
At the beginning of week one I tried the skirt on. Not only could I not zip it but my bulging belly showed. At that time I told myself that when I could slip into the skirt, I would be at my goal weight. Wasn't sure that goal would be but knew that, if it fit nice then I would be there.
Today, I wore that skirt to work and received lots of compliments on how nice it looked. Actually, the waist is now a little loose.
When I get weighed this week, I will be at goal. I don't know what the number will be but it is GOAL. Time to move to phase 3.
