  • maybe not the best day for food choices, but did everything else right

    breakfast:
    yog/rhu 4
    cheerios 2

    lunch:
    carrot ginger soup 2
    shrimp salad 3

    snack:
    truffles 3

    snack2:
    gold fish 3

    snack3:
    orange 1

    dinner:
    left over carrot sticks and peppers from lunch
    shrimp tostadas

    skinny cow for really late snack. shared with the dog 1
    not in the mood to go shopping, trying to use whats left in the fridge, not my usual style

    exercise: 35 min elliptical this am, dog putter
