Suggestions for 2-Day Liquid Diet

  • I am planning on doing a 2-Day liquid diet this weekend. I plan on keeping my calories between 1200-1400 a day by using mainly liquids. I want to be sure to keep my calories in check, as well as keep enough protein and nutrients in my body. As I said, this will only be for two days. I do take a multi-vitamin as well.

    So far, these are possible liquids:

    Low Sodium V8
    Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    Pom Wonderful
    Bolthouse Farm Smoothies
    Broth Based Soup with Veggies
    Ensure Meal Replacement
    Unsweetened Tea & Water

    Any suggestions for other things to add? They do not need to be "clean" or organic.
  • I love the GNC Total Lean Protein Shakes. Although I'm an adult, I recently got braces and I can't eat much of anything after each adjustment. So, about every 6 weeks I'm restricted to a liquid and/or soft-food-only diet for about a week. The Lean Protein shakes really help!
  • Its actually get pushed to next weekend since I won't have the easy weekend I thought I was going to. I'm still open to suggestions.
