    yoghurt 2
    rhubarb/strawberry compote (nummy) 1
    cheerios 2

    lunch:
    padthai 4
    carrots
    peppers
    hummous 2

    snack:
    evil, evil thing jalepeno potato chips 6

    dinner:
    some nonfat milk (1), banana (2), frozen mango and strawberries

    water: yup
    exercise: weights, 40 min bike ride, defective dog putter
