Hi everyone, I'm Roxanne. I'm 32 and I've always had mild-moderate weight issues.
Note the user name - I am 6'2 (!), I work out (running and heavy weight lifting), and am large framed and do have a good bit of muscle mass, but I've also got some flab that's GOTTA GO. Last year I weighed 227 and was shocked to see that. I'm down to 211, but I'd like to lose another ~30 pounds probably. Or whatever it takes to have a flat belly or maybe even show my abs. I'd also like to be able to do pull ups again - I could do them when I was ~202 pounds or so a couple years ago.
Here for the motivation. As you can see my poison is certainly not exercise, it's food. The last 3 days I've been limiting my food intake to about 1500 calories. And exercising too.
I also embrace my Amazonian-ness. I'm ok with muscles. Just not flab on my belly and butt and thighs.
