I've been there! I over heard a life time member speaking to her friend who was just starting that she has a "cheat night" the night after WI every week. And I figured if she made it to life time, then I could do that too. The cheat night turned into a cheat day (I WI in the AM), then a cheat week. I'd go back to my meeting weighing 2 lbs heavier. I'd get back on track the day of my meeting, then back off that night. I realize now, her cheat night was probably within weekly points AND she counted them.
It doesn't help that my husband eats whatever he wants. He WAS bringing in chips, leftover pizza, etc. until I asked him to stop. He eats his breakfast and lunch in his work truck anyway, finish it there before coming into the house please. I don't buy him junk (and he doesn't care) so I'm not tempted. On the rare occasion that we have pizza TOGETHER, we go to Pizza Hut and do personal pan pizzas so I have portion control, I can get veggie toppings and light cheese, light sauce and he can get meat lovers!
ANDDDDD....

Great news...1.) You're recognizing it, not ignoring it. 2.) Look at how awesome you have been. > 26 lbs, super job!! 3.) You can get it back, choose health, choose you!! Good luck!!
