300 abs challenge!!

  • So I know some of us are participating in the 30 day squat challenge well I found this ab challenge that would be a challenging addition. Basically follow the directions do all listed on the challenge every other day, I think it would be a phenomenal challenge in addition to workout! I plan to start Thursday

  • lol just realized the math on this is actually only 290, maybe do 20 leg lifts

  • Definitely joining up in the challenge and starting it tomorrow morning! Last night my husband and I did Insane Abs so I need the recovery day for them!
  • i did it yesterday and man it burns but i'm just a little sore when i move today.
  • Day 1 this morning and WOW, I am super sore. It is really tough but I love it!

    Hahaha, so did I! I was like, "Yep, I know what that is...nope, gotta Google that one....yep, that one too....okay, yeah, I know that one....Google...Google....Gooogle..."
  • I did day one day before yesterday and day two today, but I only did about 3/4 because I was called into work
  • lol i also had to google some of these, killer but i feel like it works
  • I'm doing day 3 today, I think it'll end up being a 60 day challenge for me.
