I can't afford to go to MRC . But I would like to start back on my own using other products purchased online. I was wondering if anyone has the conditioning week menu and if there are any suggestions on MRC6 or cortitrim alternatives.

Oh, that's ok. I just don't want us to get in hot water here. I love this forum and also MRC. It certainly worked for me. Now to see if it stays off.
