missing favourite excercise

  • Our local swimming pool is only a seasonal pool and I had been working out swimming / Aqua jogging water weight training and enjoying it

    nearest pool now that is open is a long drive away when you have restricted times in which you can get there
    Am looking for ideas that I could do to replace my favourite exercise

    I teach a dance class in the evening so the exercise thing is not too bad but it was making a difference

    If you liked the jogging, maybe a rebounder? It's not the same, but it's lower impact.

  • That is tough, as water workouts are amazing. I don't have access to a pool either. Personally I take Zumba and belly dance classes, lift weights (um, except when I don't like this week) and walk. Oh and do yoga once a week.

    Do you belong to a gym? Can you do dvds at home? What is your impact tolerance?
