How do I make a thumbnail?

    I am posting in the progress pictures thread, but used links as I have
    no idea how to make thumbnails. Is there a code i'm overlooking?

    Do you mean that you want to post up your own pictures in the Mini-Goal Photo Album thread? (Like I have below?)
