DAy BY Day Tuesday!

  • Jess, hope I am not stepping on toes but I wanted to start this before my holiday wknd eating gets the best of me.

    1. Start counting pts.
    Yep this is the biggie for me. I have made changes for the past 2 wks so I figured I am ready to get on board with the rest of you. It is not in the budget to go back to meetings right now but I will try to do the pts regardless.

    2. Water

    3. Walk 3 miles.

    4. NO STINKING SNACK BAR!!

  • It has been so hot here that I haven't been doing my walking. We were going to go last nihgt but it didn't happen b/c I had a headache. My goal for today is to go for a long walk after work. I just hope that mosquitos don't eat uis alive!!
