I've had to start doing things in the morning before I leave. It's a pain in the butt since I'm a night person but it's the only way. Do you have a friend or family member that would be interested in joining you? You don't have to actually be together to work out. My BFF, who lives 12 hours away, "workouts" with me. We call eachother before each of our workouts to make sure the other one is actually going to be doing it , and then we call each other after.

I do have my boyfriend who is also losing weight with me and he's great. He's the guy who never tells me what to do though. So if I say, let's just go tomorrow, lets go tomorrow, he won't tell me otherwise.
Mornings don't work well for me just because it's already stressful enough waking up at 4am when Josh goes to work, wake up again at 6, shower, try to get everything ready, play with the dog, it's time to go to work almost right after.
I would take my dog for a walk in place of playing with her but she doesn't do well on the leash. She's a spoiled little chiweenie haha
