Hi,
This is my third week on WW. I lost 5.8 the first week and 2.4 the second week (Easter week). I did use half my weekly points on Easter (mostly on chocolate and cake), but the first week, I didn't use any.
Today, for some reason, I had a HUGE lunch and am already done with my daily points and 7 points into my weeklies!
I am trying to figure out what happened that triggered me. I have been working really hard on adding the WW routine of putting down the fork and sipping water between bites. Today, I was inhaling lunch. The only "progress" was that I knew I was doing it as it was happening. The only other good thing was that I wasn't eating junk food (just more than I planned on of my big salad, cheese, butter, bread, etc.)
How did you (for those of you who have figured it out) figure out how to avoid this in the future? Or how to stop in the middle of doing it?
