  • Things were improving for me on the last leg.
    My goal is to stick to my WW program faithfully for the next 10 days.
  • I have been off track one day of the past 2 segments. My goal is to be rowing all 10 days this segment!
  • Let's all row together! We can do it, Judy and Debbie!

    I'm doing okay with eating. My goal for this 10 days is to stick with the WW plan, walk outside at least 4 X week, and, most importantly, stay hydrated.
  • My goal this 10 days is to continue eating POP and make exercise part of my day.

    Yesterday was rowing right along.
  • I FELL IN THE WATER!! We had no running water yesterday so it made cooking hard. Hubby suggested we go out to eat and I didnt have a plan..
  • I was going to wait to join this thread until the next 10 days....then thought...heck just jump in.

    10 days - I will exercise 6 of those days...one day already done - yesterday....

  • Dry day yesterday even though we had pizza for lunch.
  • Rowing right along - POP day with 60 minutes exercise for me yesterday.
  • Yesterday was better. Damp but not soaking.
