I have heard my stomach growl a couple of times today. Seems like I haven't heard that for 30 years. Does it mean anything at all? I am a little hungry, but not overwhelmingly so. I don't feel ill. LOL.

I love this and I totally get it! I have severe hypoglycemia so it seems I was almost always feeding my blood sugar rather than my hunger. It's so wonderful to have stabilized my blood sugar to where I can get tummy rumbling hungry!
Hi.
You know your life the best but I think the victory is having your stomach growl and just calmly noticing....hey I'm hungry.
That's pretty cool.
No hysterics needed? You are right!
Sillver Sky - NSV = NON SCALE VICTORY!
And it definitely is one! For me, just allowing myself to feel a little bit hungry sometimes without freakin' out and stuffing my face is a NSV. So I totally get how you feel and think you definitely had a NSV!
Ah, okay.
*shrug* I'm always hungry. LOL
