I'm going to challenge myself to:
1) Get in all my fruits and veggies today.
That's it. I've already got my exercise planned--an hour on the treadmill at the Y, and my meals planned for the day, so I'm set.

Did you accomplish yesterday's goals? I didn't.
After WI, I celebrated my loss by inhaling a Whopper w/Cheese Combo (Large Size) from Burger King.
Oh well, it's a new day and I'm back OP.
