Day By Day Wednesday

  • What are you going to challenge yourself to do today?

    I'm going to challenge myself to:

    1) Get in all my fruits and veggies today.

    That's it. I've already got my exercise planned--an hour on the treadmill at the Y, and my meals planned for the day, so I'm set.

    Did you accomplish yesterday's goals? I didn't. After WI, I celebrated my loss by inhaling a Whopper w/Cheese Combo (Large Size) from Burger King. Oh well, it's a new day and I'm back OP.
  • Don't you just love it when you celebrate a loss with a pig out. I do the same thing sometimes BTW Congrats on that loss!!!

    1. Water Same ole' same ole'

    2. 3 miles/the weather is gorgeous today

    3. Update 3 charts and finish paperwork that's due.

    4. No food after 7pm.

    Yesterday I only accomplished 1 lousy goal. I worked late so I ate dinner at 8pm and didn't exercise.

    My goals for today are to
    1- workout for an hour
    2- eat at least 3 servings of fruit and 5 of veggies (i've had 2 of fruit so far)
    3- find a way to throw away the ice cream my boyfriend bought without him knowing
