I was wondering how I can add more fiber to my diet. I was eating all bran buds but they give me cramps and I actually toughed through it but can not no more and actually read the ingredients and there is 200mg sodium. I have high blood pressure and I need to get the sodium out and the fiber up. With my all bran buds I get about 35 grams the all bran buds are like 11 grams of fiber so I need to make that up.
