Back in November, I started a Health Ministry at my church. It has not been as successful as I would like, but it's going. Last night, another church (who is interested in starting their own ministry) joined us. We discussed several topics, and I was the moderator, giving healthy tips and advice. Then all of a sudden this one particular lady stood up and said, "Look at you, you are skinny, how can you tell us anything about weigh loss". I showed them my before pictures and they were amazed. My gorup made me stand and do a catwalk (lol). It felt good that they now know I am speaking from experience.

MSDEEDEE23 - How awesome is that??? I know they were all on the edge of their seats, listening wholeheartedly once they realized that you've "walked the walk". You have come so far and should be tremendously proud of yourself - I know I am! WTG! Jen
