I am starting the weight loss journey again and would like to know some of your daily meal plans to get some fresh ideas.
And do most of you eat 3 or 5 smaller meals.

... there's no protein in there unless you just didn't mention it??? You're plan doesn't sound very balanced to me. You could add a couple pieces of fruit, some protein, and a little dairy in there. A complex carb or two wouldn't hurt either, such as oatmeal or corn, etc. unless you have an allergy to wheat or something like that ...
