New to this area

  • Hi everyone -
    I'm new to this board.
    Started WW on my own in Jan - down about 40 lbs and "STUCK" although I'm eating within my pt range. I know this too, shall pass - just a bummer.

    I've got 100 plus to go so I'm in it for the long run too.
    Anyone who has advice I'd welcome it. Hope everyone has a great day!! Glad that you're all here - right at the end of my fingertips
  • The only advice I have is to keep on keeping on. Doing the best you can to stay with the program will get us to goal eventually. It's those good habit changes that help in the long run. Welcome.
