I am on day 6, and pretty hungry. I did try to go back to low-fat eating but was not successful in dropping the weight. Apparently my body is not the same at 40 as it was at 27

Anyway, haven't weighed myself yet. My coach asked me to weigh in only once a week. I am worried I won't lose any weight at all. Hoping to find a place here to share my worries / failures / successes.
